As of October 1st 2008, I began working for StomperNet, LLC.  They are a great company to work for.  I have the opportunity to use my management skills and experience (gained at Pop Labs) to manage the creation of new online marketing related products.  I was originally contacted by them to perform at StomperNet Live 6 in Atlanta.  While there, I had the opportunity to meet the owners, staff and faculty.  After a few conversations with me, they found out that I was more than a great entertainer and online marketer, but that I was good at managing people and projects. They were in the process of working on some new products and projects and figured a person like myself who is familiar with the industry and project management would be a perfect fit.  After a meeting with the owners and the conference coming to a close, I was given a verbal offer.  I gave it some thought and considered what I would be leaving.  Pop Labs is a great place.  They were very knowledgeable and fun to work with.  I learned a lot about what works and doesn’t work not only online but in life overall.  I was very happy being supervisor and doing online marketing there.  The commute to the office was less than 10 minutes.  There, I was given the opportunity to create the SEO Rapper persona and they graciously accepted and marketed it.  We all know the one thing in life that is constant is change.  StomperNet presented me with an offer that I couldn’t refuse.  With multi-media being a big part of there success and something I am very interested in, it seemed it was time for a change.  Their focus on educating members and committing to quality products was a plus.  When it came down to doubling my salary and working from home, I was sold.  I had almost 6 great years with Pop Labs and I’m grateful for the opportunities they provided.  I still recommend them if someone needs a firm to handle their website creation, marketing, support and maintenance of their online campaign.  If you want to do it yourself, need tips, get some insider information, converse  with some of the best in online marketing and be taught in a fun and intuitive way then StomperNet is for you.  You should subscribe to The Net Effect and Stomping The Search Engines II.  We are currently working on a new product that will revolutionize how marketing online will be done.  Stay tuned…
